The Beverly Apartments community was established in 1997. Located in Alley 16 of Guoxing Road, it is home to 166 households. Beverly Apartments is conveniently situated in the suburbs of Taipei near Academia Sinica, with easy access to a variety of public transportation options as well as northern Taiwan's major highways. It is also within walking distance of many convenience stores (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, etc), libraries, traditional markets, supermarkets, and restaurants. Peaceful and safe, it is an ideal place to live.
Beverly Apartments residents are free to enjoy many different amenities, especially our lush gardens as well as a VIP room located in the basement. The latter contains pool tables, ping pong tables, a children's play area, and a reading room. It is a great place to relax after a hard day's work. There is also a meeting room, where residents and members of the Management Committee gather to discuss issues of interest to our community.
